ERP Application*Helpdesk Support Advisor required by our client, a provider of ERP Finance solutions to industry based in Ringwood, close to Bournemouth, Dorset and commutable from Southampton and Poole. This role will see you primarily providing telephone based support to new and existing users of their class leading software with occasional client visits. To be considered you must have excellent communication skills, excellent telephone manner and previous experience of working with and*or supporting ERP or accounting*financial software or similar (Exchequer Enterprise, SharpOwl, Microsoft Great Plains, Navision, Access Accounts, Greentree, Epicor, Sage, Pegasus etc). Excellent opportunity in a rapidly growing Company.
